What is your makeup routine in the morning?
Re: QOTD
after moisturizing, I brush some hoola bronzer (from benefit) on my cheeks and forehead. some clinique under my eyes, some clinique blush, some estee lauder mascara. all done in about 4 minutes. and lip balm.
for a "night look" (aka 5 times a year) i will add lipstick, eyeliner, and some sort of eye shadow. so boring.

well, i found out I have Roccsea so my routine has changed. I wash my face and if it's too dry, I go straight to make up. If it's ok, then I put on my roccsea cream. Next step would be to lightly brush on some mineral foundation powder, which I have found to be the only thing helping my face right now. otherwise, the roccsea takes over. I tried 4 different foundation/powders and finally ended with this one.
ALWAYS have some eye shadow (more at night); eye liner (other wise i look blah) and mascara.
and i'm a total chapstick/lip gloss kinda gal. no lip stick for me.
I'm a lazy pants. I get up, wash my face (with my fabulous Clarsonic Mia-best purchase ever). Then put on moisturizer, if needed, cover up on pimples.
On really special days, I'll use Bare Escentuals powder, eyeliner and Mascara. I'm with you ladies, no lipstick. Mostly Burts Bees or Chapstick.
Every morning I wash my face with the Clinique gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturize. Then I put on some concealer and a quick brush of Estee Launder bronzer. Next I use a blonde eyebrow pencil to lightly fill in my brows which are bleach blonde and would be invisible without it. Then I use an ivory colored shadow from Estee Launder to highlight under my brows and the corners of my eyes. I finish off with mascara. If I feel like it I add an eyeshadow too. For lips I use Clinique almost lipstick for special occasions but usually just some gloss. For night time I will definitely use an eyeshadow, go heavier on the mascara and add eyeliner. My trick is to also put concealer right on my eyelids. It makes my eyes look brighter without even using an extra shadow if I don't want to, and when I do use a shadow it helps it last longer and the color pops more.
Every night I use Clinique "Take The Day Off" make-up remover milk - it works great for my face and acts as a moisturizer at the same time. Then I use the gentle cleanser, toner, and a heavier night moisturizer. The whole routine takes a little time but it's worth it!
Moisturizer (which I often forget - I always moisturize at night though). Then eye primer & concealer, mineral foundation, blush, eyeshadow & eyeliner. On days I want to be a little more dramatic, I add mascara.
These days I rarely wear any lip color.
Work: Moisturizer, foundation, eyeliner, chapstick.
Weekend: Above plus, eyeshadow, lip gloss.
Night out on the town: Above plus, smokey eyeshadow, blush, mascara. It sounds whorish but I don't look like one
Normal routine: primer (which I haven't had for 5 months
), foundation, light powder, very light eyeshadow, mascara, and burt's bees chapstick.
Times when I want to do more: the above plus smashbox charcoal cream eyeliner, bare minerals eyeshadow (smoky), sephora bronzer, and sephora lipstick.
Aveeno moisturizer with SPF 15 plus Clarins bronze gelee mixed together and applied. Eye cream dabbed on.
Eyeliner and a quick swipe of eyeshadow, some days both. Curl eyelashes. Apply mascara - a volumizer and then a lengthener. During the week, that's it, until I apply lipstick on the train.
If I'm going out I add a bronzer. Very rarely I add actual face makeup/foundation. If I'm going to a wedding I'll usually wear it.
