Re: How was your weekend?
Mine was pretty good.
Friday night we went out to dinner with the IL's for BILs 16th bday then Chase and I came home and went on a walk with Ella and the pups.
Saturday I worked a few hours in the morning then a friend got married so we went to his wedding and reception and I had a little too much to drink (sadly, too much to drink = 5 beers)
Yesterday I woke up at 8 feeling a bit hung over so I had a couple of glasses of water and went back to bed. Chase got up with Ella and let me sleep til noon and we just lounged most of the day. We went to Menards and bought a bunch of random stuff then we went to IHop for dinner cause we had bogo coupons.
I had a great weekend minus the falling in the lake fully clothed part....hahah Monk was putting his hands in the water and I had a hold of him, we tried to get him to go back to the car and he didnt want anything to do with it...I lost my grip and he went running back towards the water and then fell face first in, and I scrambled to pick him up...just after I righted him I lost my footing on the sand and fell right in the water....it was hella cold. Monk was not happy we pulled him away from the water, but I knew that was going to happen.
We dont have AC until next saturday when the new one will be delivered and installed, and yesterday was miserable in our house so we went out to Port Clinton. The day before I had a girl scout thing in the morning and DH went to get Monk from my moms he stayed the night with her while we went to a wedding reception on Friday.
That was a crazy thing...they had a massive amount of food but ran out of cake and ice cream...I was soo looking forward to having some cake. I was highly disappointed and the father of the groom (a relative of my DH's) stared at my boobs the whole time he talked to us...Creep.
Friday: left work early to take TJ to the dr's for his (finally) 1yr/15 mo checkup. He ended up getting his finger poked to check for lead poisoning and then 4 shots(they wanted to do 6!). He was a cranky butt all day, so we went to my parents while Terry went to his double header softball game.
Saturday; was my dads birthday. TJ and I went to a few garage sales with our babysitter and her kids. Found some cute things. Later on we went to my parents house for my dads Birthday dinner.
Sunday; was a bad day. DH and I had planned to celebrate our anniversary(which is today) but ended up getting in a very bad arguement. I was extremely hurt and the day was basically ruined. Ended up having an ok dinner after (sort of) making up, but today I just feel emotionally drained.

Friday, DH finally mowed the lawn! We didn't do much but hang out at home.
Saturday, the kids and I went on a picnic with some friends, I went grocery shopping, and in the evening, I took the kiddos to Biaggi's for my SIOL's engagement dinner. We had to pay for our own food, which was weird since she picked the menu. Thankfully, the kids were both really good since I was not happy that I had to take them both. I had only planned to take K, but DH was in the middle of yard work and didn't want to stop.
Sunday, walk in the park, wrote a paper, and just cleaned and hung out at home.
The best part of the weekend....R only had 2 accidents in his underwear!! The kids won't poop in the potty though.
Busy!!
Friday-Went out with my mom all day long.
Sat-started way to early for a saturday, Addie had her first gymnastic meet and got a medal : ) So cute!!!! Then Bubba had soccer, which was not good cause he got up way to early. We played outside for a bit then I got a sitter to do grocery shopping and run to TRU to by a trampoline (Joe was working on a side job).
Sun-church, played outside, put the trampoline up let the kids bounce on it, made dirt and worms dessert with addie (she loved this!!) and did laundry.
Glad Monk is okay, I wondered what happened when I saw your FB post...
We picnic-ed at metroparks Friday and Saturday, had dance class, went to Cedar Point and got our passes, had lunch at the Blarney yesterday and then the Mud Hens game... busy weekend!
Friday worked and did some grocery shopping
saturday went to old navy and walked out cause the line was super long and i was on a time crunch. spent the afternoon on the patio at el camino drinkin margs for my cousins bday. we ended up starting a game of flip cup before they moved on to the next place. i came home and relaxed
sunday i went to zumba in the am then came home and relaxed before going to dinner and doing laundry at my moms
Friday I went out to Ft. Wayne and did my BFFs Maternity Photos.
Saturday & Sunday got a bunch of yard work and other house projects done
