Family Vacay is Michigan?
I want to plan a long weekend getaway for the fam this summer! Can you tell me some of your favorite kid-friendly spots? I'd love to do a beach of some sort but we are up for anything! TIA!

When DS was about 9 months old we rented a home in Ludington, MI on a lake. It was fun!
Last year when he was about 18 months old we rented a pop-up and stayed at the JellyStone park in Grand Haven. That was fun too!
I would rent a cottage on the west side of the state, we used to go to South Haven when I lived in Kalamazoo, cute little town. There are tons of others too. If you go near Muskegon there's Michigan's Adventure Park that could be fun, there's also good stuff in Grand Rapids.
If you go further north, there's Boyne (they have a water park) and Traverse City (Great Wolf Lodge).
