Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone want to review my leave proposal?
I am working on a proposal for when I go on leave; I want to have things in writing. We may be transitioning reporting to a different person (instead of CEO, would be a SVP of development, then my boss, then me), so more fuel for me to get something in writing and signed off on.
It's pretty straight forward, and not in final form, but I'd like to present it to my boss tomorrow.
