FHA regulations re: roof
I've been doing some googling but get varying results... what does FHA require as "remaining usable life" for a roof? We're selling our house, and we know the roof is nearing the end of its life...but we're hoping it'll squeak by the inspection/appraisal process (we got an offer today from buyers who will have an FHA loan).
