Help me with a surprise party...

Ok so I am having a surprise party for DH on Monday May 30th. I have been planning it for a few months and now that I am down to the wire I want to make sure that I am not missing anything, that is where you lovely ladies come in! Please let me know if you think I am missing something..

I bought 20 Reds tickets for the game on Monday. DH friends and family will be at Beer Sellar.

DH knows we are going to the game, but thinks that it is just me and another couple.

So the plan is to drive like we are going to the game and then his friend will suggest we stop at Beer Sellar since traffic will be bad downtown and we can just take the ferry over.

DH friends and family are supposed to be there around 430, we are due to get there around 5.

I ordered 2 dozen special baseball themed cookies, a friend of mine is bringing some balloons to tie up in the area that we have reserved. I have my camera charged and ready to go.

I have never planned a surprise party before, so I am trying to figure out what I am missing.

I bought everyones tickets and I am setting up a bar tab and once people have gone through that then they are on their own ($100, plus they have $1.50 draft specials that day)

Am I missing anything?? Any input is greatly appreciated!
