I know the summer will soon be here and inspiration for good beach reads is always needed, so with that in mind, what's everyone reading now?
Me- "The Postmistress" by Sarah Blake. Takes place during World War II. I like it so far.
Re: What's Everyone Reading?
I read this last year. It's kind of funny and sad at the same time.
I have a couple of books waiting to be read: Heart of the Matter by Emily Giffin and Murdered by Mumia by Maureen Faulkner.
I've been sucked into the Hunger Games (Suzanne Collins) trilogy. Almost finished book 2.
I'm also reading Food Matters: A Guide to Concious Eating by Mark Bittman.

My little nuggets
I just started The Postmistress... I am having a hard time getting into the book so far.
I finished Look Twice (I think) by Lisa Scottoline. Good book about a good and evil twin.
Next on the list... Heart of the Matter by Giffin
YAY!!!!!!!!!!! Soooo glad you like it, i loved this book!
I finished A Year of Living Biblically- it was great. Before that I read Bossypants by Tina Fey, which was hysterical.
I haven't figured out what I want to read next. I'm thinking The Other Wes Moore, or Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me. I need recommendations.
I love it. I think up next I'll read Will Greyson Will Greyson. Other story about two people with the same name. Apparently Oprah did an entire episode about people with the same names. ha.
Beagle...read Wes Moore! I also loved Bossypants!
My little nuggets
Wes Moore spoke at a conference I went to last summer...amazing story! Thanks for reminding me to buy this book. I just added it to my Amazon cart.
I just started The Mermaid Chair by Sue Monk Kidd..so far, it's interesting.
Currently reading: Chelsea Handler, My Horizontal Life
Just finished: Confessions of a Shopoholic - I really liked the book but caught the last half of the movie yesterday and was really disappointed; the book is much better. I plan to read the rest of this series next.

I refuse to go anywhere near that movie because I loved the series so much. I have seriously read the first three books about 4 times. After the third one it gets a little... forced....
I really liked that book, I read it a few years ago and I'm always telling people about it.
Right now I'm finishing a book called Ravenous. It's about a women's journey to learn how her favorite foods are made to see if it will stop her cycle of over-eating them. Next on the list is Summer in the City. I don't have too much faith in it being good, but I still want to read it.
Another vote for bossypants - so great.
A few others I have read and liked:
Mennonite in a Little Black Dress (a memoir)
The Book Thief (fiction)
Random Family (non fiction)
i just finished bossypants, and now i'm reading the princess bride.
