I Need an acountabilibuddy....

Seriously. I went to the gym for the first time in a while and I am DETERMINED to lose this 30 lbs but I need someone to ride my @$$ to get me to go every day. I get in a blah mood and one day off ruins everything!

Alright.  I'll bite.  LET'S DO THIS!!!!

PM me your email address and I'll hound you every day.  I want a daily report on what you did the day before--when you went to the gym and how long you were there for, as well as how it felt.  I'll send you inspirational emails and photos.  Perhaps you can have two days of rest per week, though, eh?

  • Haha! Thanks! I usually just go for walks on Sunday but that's it for the weekend, so the weekend will be my two days!
  • I need someone to make me accountable too. I have gained 5 pounds in the last two weeks.  Its not a lot, but the scale just keeps going up and not down.  I am really frustrated and looking at the scale each morning makes me feel pretty crappy to start off the day.

I'm usually really good about working out, but things have been so hectic I've missed a lot of days.

  • First, I like that "word" (accountabilibuddy) and had never heard it before--much more fun than accountability partner!

Second, I am right there with you.  I just started going back to the gym last Wednesday and also would like to lose about 25 pounds.  I was NOT liking the scale when I got on it last week!

It's hard because the only time of day that I can go consistently is in the morning before work.  Ugh.  I would rather sleep.  So would Felix, but he has been a trooper so far and has gotten up at the same time as me (just after 5:30am) so he can take care of walking and feeding the puppy while I get up and moving.  He even went to his gym this morning, so hopefully we'll both get back on track!
