Re: ask me anything

  • Any news on the adoption front?

Where have you been hiding lately?

  • What's the biggest hurdle you've overcome?

  • Your last meal on earth - what do you eat?
  • Did Rachel and Ross make the right decision getting back together?

Ok I'm on my phone so I can't quote the questions... I'm not gone, just not able to post at work, and I now commute an hour and about 20 mins door to door. This means not much nest time :( I read at lunch from my phone, but a response is hard. I do miss posting more though. Adoption news is 1 contact ish about a month ago. She's due in Oct. Not sure if it will turn into anything. Last meal is super tough.... I loove food. Id say Mac and cheese ( the good homemade baked kind) Apple pie, filet mignon, asparagus. There is sooo much else though that I'm not sure how committed I am to that answer. ESP the steak. I may be back on this one... Ross and Rachel totally should be together. I like to think without their group so close to them they Will have each other still and raise a happy Emma :)

Hummm biggest hurdle I've overcome Wow, that is tough. I think I'd say getting out of my own way. Like not letting my negative self talk rule my decisions about life. I was a very self conscience teen. I was overweight and went to school In an area where no one looked like me.that combined with a few other reasons I often felt on the outside and like I never fit in, and felt somethings just weren't possible for me. I feel like once I realized I can be in charge and not the ugly voice telling me ugly things I'm so much happier and in general have the confidence to know that I can do whatever I want to do, and that if someone doesn't like me, I still have a plethora of people who Do. :)
