Walking
I've heard a lot of women say that their OBs said that truly the only things that work are sex and walking, and that's only if your body is getting ready anyways...
do not do castor oil...it creats false labor...many women I know have said this and wasted a trip to the ER for nothing.
I wish I could help but I have no idea how to get it going.
But I have heard of the walking, sex, and eggplant parmesan..which honestly sounds really good
last week i was 1-2 cm and she said i was pretty "thin".. who knows? i go back again tomorrow.
Ive been walking and on my feet a lot because i have been obsessing about my house being clean.. and last night we had sex so we shall see...
my mom's birthday is tomorrow and the poor women has been wanting this child to come on her birthday since we found out so hopefully she gets her present!
Bahahaha, seriously?! Pushing the thoughts of this being completely unsafe aside, picturing a pregnant woman jumping off the fridge backwards makes me laugh out loud.
My grandmother use to say scrubbing the floors worked. IDK if it does
