Poll re: the end of the world

So all these crazy people have me thinking...if the world was really going to end on October 21st (new prediction) and we knew FOR SURE that they were right...how would you spend the last 5 months of your life? Who would you want to spend it with and what would you be doing?

Thats a great question!

I don't know that I would do anything crazy and extravagent. I think it would be a lot of get togethers with friends. Enjoying every moment with those that I love. I would also want to travel a little bit and see places that I have always wanted to see (Europe, back to Australia, etc). I would get to blow my savings on it because it wouldnt seem to make sense to invest in a house!

If I could predict and knew in advance, I would hope to spend the last five minutes with my husband and our families, huddled together, sharing funny stories and laughing all the way to the end.

I would probably have all of my family and friends pool our money, head to a caribbean island, and hang out till the bitter end. I'd for sure want DH with me, our families (immediate and extended) and as many friends that wanted to spend their last days with me too I'd want to make sure I ate whatever I wanted and did whatever I wanted for the last 5 months of my life, without worrying about money or calories!!!!

Go shopping.

Eat amazing food all the time regardless of calories.

Quit my job.

Visit all of my friends.

Spend whatever was left in my savings to fly my family to Florida to experience the end of the world in the sunshine beside the ocean and a palm tree

I would want to travel with DH and my family....go somewhere warm where I can get a suntan and swim in the ocean. I'd eat whatever I wanted to and sleep whenever i wanted to. I'd max out all my credit cards and buy fancy stuff....if I'm going out, I'm going out in style!

I'd cash out all of our savings, grab DH and anyone else who wants to come, and spend at least three months traveling the world. The last month I would want to spend with my family and closest friends.

Oh, and of course eat/drink whatever I want.

But if that were not possible then I would spend as much time with DH, my family and my bff Brenna and her mom. While spending time with them, eat and drink whatever I want! Oh and take them with me to the carribean to enjoy the lovely weather :-)
