2) A short walk away from Side Cut Metropark (I guess this isn't a love of the structure, but the location).

i am going off of our soon to be new home.
1. its all new and we designed it.
2. that it will be built by my dh.
That I got to pick everything I wanted basically new
It was cheap and we don't owe much more on it.
hmm...this one seriously requires some thought!
I love the floors...how DH did them. And I love the size of our bedroom (in general).
Since we don't have our own (yet....a couple we are looking at) I'll do the house we are presently at...my in-laws!
1. That there are basically two living rooms downstairs. MIL & FIL end up in one of them in the evenings so DH and I take the other, so we kind of feel like we're by ourselves. I mean, when we're doing something all together we'll be in one room.
2. We have two spaces that are just ours. We have DH's old room and BIL's old room. One we live in, the other is storage.
