random question re: hot tubs

Hey ladies,

I know I'm not posting all that much but I'm still reading and trying to stay up to date on everyone.  Hope all is well!  The school year is slowing down for me and although wedding season is still in full force, I am finding myself with more and more free time by the day (Yaaay!!!).

So I'm planning on doing some low cost summer updating to our home and first on the list is making our patio an outdoor living space.  Right now, our patio is half covered with roof and half just screen, and our table set is in the uncovered screened area.  The trees above release lots of dirt and it comes through the screen onto our table so it's always gross and we never use it!  Our hot tub takes up the majority of the space in our covered area so my goal is to move the hot tub to the screened area so I can make a nice covered, usable eating space.

Have any of you ever moved a hot tub??  Is this something I should hire professional movers for?  I only need to move it about 10 feet but I don't want to mess it up and I have no idea how heavy it might be or if I can just push it over there with some help.  Any advice would be appreciated!!!
