Good Morning
Well, that was just about the longest weekend ever.
We stayed in Oshawa with Tim and Shannon (and family) until Sunday morning when we had to head home to attend a wedding by our house. After the wedding (which was lovely, very short, but I guess that's what you want on the Sunday of a long weekend) we went straight to Home Depot (in our finery) and picked up some siding we had on order.
The rest of the day (like, literally, until 11pm) was spent doing things outside. Our lawn was really embarrassing, it's mostly better now.
Now back to work with a million things to do!
How is everyone? Did my fellow Canadians enjoy their long weekend?

Uneventful night. I watched some Secret Life of the American Teenager (don't judge) and then crawled into bed. I'm still pushing to have something done on baby's room by the end of this weekend, being it's a long one for the US and all. I'm doubtful it'll happen if we actually get some more sunshine. Then it will be outside pulling bushes and such again.

Normal Tuesday here. Tball practice tonight. DH is working nights.
Today I'm going to kick so much asz at the second interview for my dream job that they'll call me this evening and give it to me (Ok maybe not the last part)
This morning I have a teleconference, which I hate, but it'll be over soon enough. It starts in about 20mins. Then I have to finish putting in the details on a presentation I'm giving tomorrow morning. I'm really not sure how I got myself involved in this project, I'm really not interested in it at all. Too bad I can't say no to my dad.
Later it's time to figure out why Daisy has had to poop at 1am these last 2 days, let me tell you, this is not going to be a common occurrence.
Morning, all. Quiet day here, I think, except my coworkers are taking me out to lunch to celebrate my birthday (which isn't until tomorrow, but I wanted to avoid eating out twice in one day). Since I can't announce my departure until next week, I'm kind of going to be sitting there thinking, "Thanks for the lunch, but bye!" I do like most of my coworkers, though, so it should be fun.
Today should be a gym night, then just trying to get through the last of Stephen King's Different Seasons.

My weekend was full of cleaning, exercise and family.
Now I have to work 3 10-6 shifts in a row, which I don't mind because I can run in the morning.
@MO - You are going to kick butt and they would be foolish not to give it to you on the spot. Good luck!
Today is a normal day here, but it should be quiet due to the bosses absence. I had an appointment with the RE this morning and we are starting our last round of IUI.

good morning!
last night, I grabbed three of the four stray kittens we have running around here at work. today's mission will be to snatch up the last little kitten (if I can find her and if Mama hasn't hidden her somewhere), and then tomorrow to set a live trap to catch Mama to get her spayed. she's notorious for abandoning kittens here and once I saw them outside my window, I knew I couldn't NOT try to help them. sooooo we have a bedroom full of kittens again, haha.
oh, and we're supposed to go out of town this weekend. anyone wanna kitten sit? haha

MO, good luck today! I'm sure that you'll rock the interview. Mandee, if I lived closer, I would definitely kitten sit. Those kittens are adorable. Good luck catching the last one and the mama.
Today Kyle has an interview in about an hour. If anyone has any spare vibes, please send some his way. He has been pretty miserable at his job for a while now. Unfortunately his current salary is high enough that it is making searching for a new job quite challenging. He'd be willing to take a pay cut to leave at this point, but we're worried that the job he's interviewing will be a much larger pay cut than he/we can afford. You never know though.
Otherwise there isn't much new here. I can't believe that today is only Tuesday. The week before a long weekend always seems to drag.

I worked late last night trying to get everything together for our business after hours party tomorrow. I need to finish putting together the centerpieces and swag bags today and then I think we'll be in good shape for tomorrow.
I could use some weather vibes for tomorrow if anyone has any to spare. The party is supposed to be outdoors and the weather forecast for tomorrow is upper 50's with a chance of rain. Yikes!

I was sick all last night, it sucked. Dh was out of town and the poor cat kept coming in and checking on me looking helpless. She was a great snuggler though.

I'm just counting down the next couple of days, got a lot going on and have a GTG with an old August Nestie on Saturday. We're going to see the Yankees kill the Mariners

Not too much new is going on here. Yesterday was a bit of a crazy day at the office. Just lots going on work wise. It's nice to know that the commercial real estate market is picking up again. It was nice out yesterday evening, so B and I took Casey on a super long walk and then just vegged and caught up on tv. Poor Casey, he's definitely getting old and not walking as far as he used to

Mandee- I want those kittens, they are adorable! However I am just a little to far away!
Yesterday I had an old filling replaced so lastnight I dealt with numb face. I hate that!
Today, I have to run errands after work, and then I am hoping to hit the sack early. Lastnight I was so tired, I passed out on my phone catching up on FB. I woke up realizing I "liked" some things I probably shouldn't have (I found a couple, but god knows how many more were out there, oops. So some of my FB friends are probably wondering what the heck. Oh well thats what happens when your exhausted. So if I liked anything on any of your FB pages that were not made for "liking" lastnight please know I probably didn't mean to do it and I apologize.
