my post of the day-breakfast!
What is/was for breakfast this morning?
ME: whole wheat toast and a yogurt. Oh I also may have scarfed down a slice of cold pizza straight out of the fridge this morning because I woke up starving.
Re: my post of the day-breakfast!
oatmeal with skim milk and peanut butter. I pretty much have the same thing every morning.
sliced strawberries w/ plain nonfat yogurt and a handful of almonds.
And two prunes. Which is a bad idea considering my bathroom post, but I really like them. They're like candy that I don't have to feel guilty about eating.
My Goodness...another food blog. Featuring: Macarons from a old post with a photo taken by my mom for a break from my crappy food photos!
A few bites of Annabelle's waffle, coffee here at work. I plan on eating my apple soon.
Although pizza does sound good. YUM!
2 whole wheat waffles and coffee. Pretty standard for me.
Breakfast #2/mornng snack - mini muffins and yogurt
big bowl of special k vanilla and almond cereal and i'm just finishing my coffee now.
2 frozen pancakes

so far, just a fiber one bar.
I wanted oatmeal, but we're out of raisins, and I really don't like to eat oatmeal without them!

I used to have 2 piece of whole wheat toast - 1 w/butter and jam and 1 w/ peanut butter, but I have been trying to up my milk supply, so I have a bowl of oatmeal with raisins, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and almond milk. (I have been trying to cut out excess sugar, too) and a large cup of decaf tea.
