I am going to throat punch our Reading Specialist
Back story: I share an office with the 3 other Special Ed teachers. It has been a challenge to share the room, but we have made it work. Between testing, writing IEP's, and pulling small groups, there is almost always at least 1 student in our office. Well, about a month ago, the RS asked if he could use our room "on occasion" to run reading groups. Once or twice a week, tops. He has now permanently set up shop in our office, and runs between 10-15 reading groups EACH DAY. I am in the middle of writing an IEP, and cannot concentrate because he is so f-ing loud. The kicker is, he has his own office on the 3rd floor. It is just more "convenient" for him to run groups in here.
Rant over.

Yeah, that's gotta be a no go. Seriously, (verbally) throat punch him and get him out of there. That's totally trampling on your space and taking advantage of your generosity.
