I finally ordered my 50mm f/1.4d last night. It comes in tomorrow. I can't wait to play with it! I'm loving the pictures you've taken with your new lens. Very inspired!

Oh gosh, on my want list is LightRoom, the Nikon D90, a new zoom lens and of course an iMac. My laptop sucks for editing!
Looks like I might need to get a income to support my wants!

Butting in and you guys are killing me. I'm still saving my pennies so I can buy that dam lens. (well, the G version)
I look at it every day on Amazon. How friggin pathetic is that? (Actually, I just check the price to make sure it doesn't skyrocket again. That'd be my luck, as soon as I had the cash in hand.)
And yes, Kathy, between the pictures I've seen from you and Kristina's too, I'm very anxious to get my hot little hands on it. (Yes, I know it's the photographer not the lens/camera blah blah blah, so that was a compliment.)

Oh Kate, you're your own worst critic! I always find your pictures inspiring! They are great at capturing the emotion. And Lily is just so freakin' beautiful so how could I not LOVE your pics
Plus, I think you're great because without you around I probably would have never pursued photography. Yes I had a fancy camera but it was your recommendation of the 12 week Peas course many moons ago that convinced me to pick up my camera and actually learn how to use the thing.
Ok, I think I might have crossed some sort of creepy line with all those compliments I gave you in one post :P
