Totally transfixed

I had MPT2 on, because I was going to do yoga, which didn't happen, because Ada woke up early and then I sat and drank coffee once I put her back to bed.

I wandered back in the living room to hear a woman say "I am going to make it look snazzy, because everyone else has fancy new clothes for the cruise". I then sat and watched as she painted a flower on a shirt. Turns out she had also painted matching pants. She used clear glitter paint mixed with black and the whole thing was slightly tacky. I had to watch, because she was so serious and convinced that she was making a beautiful outfit. It made me laugh.

Why do women think painting on clothing makes them fancy?
