I swear -she's been chomping at the bit to get engaged since her sister got married. Which I am surprised they're still together.

I agree! They did research on them and said they don't do anything normal walking wouldn't do. But they do get people moving because they believe they're toning so I guess if it works...

it's funny that his name is spelled the same as her mom's. lots of Ks in that family.
Kind of - the pad under the ball of your feet and the heel are rounded so you have to balance a little bit more than you would in normal shoes. It took a few seconds to get use to it.
Essentially over time they don't do anything that normal walking shoes wouldn't do.

I know they don't really 'do' anything, I just ad never known anyone who had a pair and didn't know if they felt different.
