Continuing with the names..
What are the worst names you have ever heard of.
I had a friend that worked with guy ___ Beavers. He had a daughter and named her Candice but Candy for short. Candy Beavers. Poor child. At least she can marry and change that last name.
Re: Continuing with the names..
lovely.
A friend from highschool's last name is Light.
He named his children Jaxson Miller and Jamison Dean.
Yes he did name them after alcohol on purpose.
This isn't really a bad name just not my taste.
Eli's cousin is having a girl in august and the boy name they had picked out was Carson Reese (which I like personally) but, then they found out they were having a girl. They couldn't agree on a girl name so they decieded on the same name just different spelling. Now Carson Reese will be Karsyn Reese. It still sounds like a boy name to me, but it is a cute name.
I'm going to preface this with, I love DH's sisters and their names. But DH's family found it very ironic at the time.
DH's sisters are Charity and Melody and DH at one point dated a gal named Harmony.
I once knew a David Davis. Not a horrible name, but I'd personally stay far away from similar sounding first names when naming a kid. Though I guess the only first name we'd need to stay away from is Trapper according to babynames.com. Easily done!
And that's the worst I can think of; no one I know is kr8tiv, I guess.
I totally would have kept the spelling of Carson the same!
My first boyfriend's first girlfriend's name was Crystal Candy. She did, in fact, grow up to become a stripper.

My brother once taught a kid in his swimming class named Ocean Pu.

I grew up with a David Davidson. I could never figure out what his parents were thinking. He was the oldest kid too, so you would think that the parents could have been a little bit more creative.
I have a few.
I've known a few Tommy Thompson, really? My grandfather is Robert Roger. I dated a kid whose last name was Rosenwinkel. I went to high school with a kid whose last name was Freelove. He used it to pick up girls. He was definitely one of those weird toolbags with awkward predator ways. I'm sure there's more, but those come to mind right away.
My friend married a guy named Will Call. I see lots of intersting names come through work. We've had a James Dean before as well.
Yay for another Charity by the way. I always get asked if I have girls if I plan on naming them Hope and Faith. Uh.. Nope sure don't!
And.... I guess we'll be picking out baby names sooner rather than later. Sometime around January. (Yes I did just sneak that in like that!)
Oooh! Tricksy! Congratulations!

Congrats! That is so exciting!
I grew up in a pretty redneck area.... I went to high school with several Waynes, Willies, and Buddys. My SIL named their kid Hank, which I think is equally terrible.
A girl from my high school recently had a baby and named her "Victory." I thought that was really strange.
I also know a Lloyd Pickle and a Harry Root.
