Y'all got tickets to Paul Simon tonight, right?
We are thinking about grabbing a bite at the Friday's on GW's campus beforehand. It's not high cuisine, but it's cheap and in-between our offices, if you'd like to join us. Plus, I love fried green beans. 
Anyway...I'd hate to be in the same building tonight and not at least say hi, so if not for dinner, definitely at the show.

Yep, tickets are in my purse! We have reservations at Founding Farmers for tonight, but we should definitely meet up at the show. Do you still have my number? I have yours unless it's changed since September.
(That reminds me, off-topic: did you know the book festival is going to be two days long this year? Woo!)
It shouldn't be too hard to find each other--everyone keeps on telling me Constitution Hall is pretty intimate (never been myself). Do you want to meet a little before he starts playing?
Founding Farmer's sounds awesome; we haven't been yet, but it's on my list.
I do still have your number and mine hasn't changed. I haven't been there, either and Jim says if he has it was so long ago he doesn't remember. Meeting up a little bit before sounds great. I'll send you a text.

That National Book Festival hosted by the Library of Congress on that National Mall. It's awesome--last year we saw Allegra Goodman, Jonathan Franzen, and Orhan Pamuk speak. They have videos of last year's speakers online here. They have book sales, author signings, and children's activities. It happens every year, and this year it was expanded to two days.

Hah, true. We had to find shade for an hour when Allegra Goodman canceled her signing and we were waiting for her to speak.
I'm hoping for milder weather this year, but it is D.C. Argh. Last night and today? Also close to 90,000 degrees. Damn humidity.
