XP: Rec for breathable/hiking capris?
DH and I are going to the Smokies in July. I have a bunch of yoga capris, but they're kind of a heavier cotton and i'd like something that is lighter weight.
I would like to keep them under $50-$60. Either some place local or online, i'm not picky.
Re: XP: Rec for breathable/hiking capris?
REI and LL Bean both carry moisture wicking hiking capris.
Have you decided where you are going to hike in the Smokies - I did the AT there a few years ago, it's beautiful. If you are overnight camping make sure to make your reservations for the shelters now, they do fill up. We went there again for a family vacation (rented a condo) 2 years ago and it was a lot of fun. I highly recommend Dollywood. It was campy but a good time.
We are renting a cabin in Gatlinburg. We went 3 years ago to Pigeon Forge and we just love it there. It's kind of redneck and tacky, but so peaceful.
We make the rockin' world go 'round.
