Best place for a mani?
For mother's day I told my mom I'd take her out for a manicure. If I go someplace in Cincy it's usually Mitchells. I really like them but I'm open to trying new places. Any recs? My parents are on the west side of town but my mom would be more than happy to be "fancy" and go to the East side 
My only requirement is that we go to a "real" salon, not one of the places where the tecs all wear face masks so they won't pass out from all the fumes, KWIM?

I just got one yesterday at Salon Beck downtown. It was really nice. I got the no-chip one for $40.
No recs but from a former West Sider this made me lol!
