What is your favorite summer activity?
I have to admit that I am currently in my dream location (well, for normal non-Hawaii living), and I love our house, but I have envisioned many updates/add-ons/remodels. Basically we have a three bedroom home with walk-out basement. I want to extend a deck off of the living room upstairs, with a large patio under it where the smaller one is now; build a dining room off of the kitchen and an extra bedroom/office under that; and for the main thing: a master suite loft over the garage with a screened in porch. A girl can dream, right? : )

Favorite place you have ever visited?
First, Mint Chocolate Chip is my second favorite, so that would be HEAVEN!!!
Favorite Summer Activity : Tubing (like behind a boat) at my grandparents' lake. I LIVE for it! My mom...well...she isn't as big of a fan...
J-Lo "On the Floor" : I am making up my Aerobics Dance for it tonight, which will have my first week of classes all done, so I can get the down before I start teaching!!! So excited!
Lake Tahoe! Summer before my freshman year for my family reunion. It was awesome!!!
Okay, this is bad because it was with an ex...but...basically I knew this guy because his best friend literally broke my heart into about a million pieces in high school, and he and I became close friends because he felt bad that his friend was such an ass to me (we talked at first mainly through the good 'ol MSN Chat hahahah - miss those days!). So, we decided to finally just hang out and see if anything was there. It is so small and stupid, but this guy is a major manly-man, so when we pulled up to this park with this little lake in it and he had a loaf of bread to go feed the ducks, I was SHOCKED! It was so cute for a high school boy to do that...then we sat there and he gave me a message as we watched the sunset...wow...I feel SO cheesy right now! Hahahah!
***UPDATE: Holy cow - weird - creepy... RIGHT after posting this, this ex's and I's songs (yes both in a row) came on my SHUFFLED iTunes! Hahahah!

Hmm...I would have to say my 7th birthday. I was able to have a party with like 10 other girls there (we NEVER got to do stuff like that at my house). It was really fun. My parents put on a great time for us little shitts! : )
Well, this will make you happy...
Jeff and I both want to see South Carolina along the coast. We were originally trying to work it out for the honeymoon, but we just couldn't afford it.
I also am DYING to go to New York. My grandma has mentioned a "girls" trip with her, me and my mom next year...let's hope she talks more about it! : )
Well you need to come out to NNJ/NYC and I will bring you to this ice cream place!

Hahah! We were actually originally supposed to come there (as in KC) this Sunday, but my uncle is bringing the kitchen furniture we are getting from him up to Omaha. I will definitely have to plan a trip to KC sometime with a little Jeni-time scheduled in! : )

I would say it is a close tie between cooking a big meal that I can just add things as I go and just make it up as I go...and sitting in my papasan chair, with a glass of wine, and my latest Romance Mystery novel! : )
