Recommend your convertible carseats please!
Kiley has almost reached the weight limit to our chicco infant carrier so it is time to pick out her next one. Let me know what you like/don't like about yours, please! I feel like there are SO many options, I don't know where to start. Thanks!
Re: Recommend your convertible carseats please!
Ditto. I especially love the adjuster knob. The shoulder height is variable too, you don't have to rethread the straps as your LO gets older, you just push them up a notch.
We have a Britax Marathon in one car (love it) and a Graco MyRide65 in the other (love it, too).
I like that the Graco has a cup holder for a sippy of water. It's kind of hard to tighten rear facing but I have a system figured out now (you have to pull on the strap on the back of the seat first). The Marathon is slightly smaller and is easier to tighten.
I like them both for different reasons. Both rearface until 40 lbs, I believe, and I will RF to 2 years.... if at all possible, so that is important to me. The Graco was a little cheaper, or course.
This! We love ours.
Hands down the Britax Boulevard. I don't think you could go wrong with any Britax though. It installs so easily and tight. There is no movement at all like you get with some seats no matter how much you tighten. It has side impact head protection, which obviously is great for safety, but also gives baby something to rest their head on when they fall asleep instead of just hanging there bobbing around
The straps are also super easy to adjust.
We have a cheaper one in DH's car and you can definitely tell the difference!
