  • I can't imagine what it looks like IRL! I would be gawking for sure. I just think anything over like 5 carats is out of hand, even for celebrities.

  • I had a sorority sister who had a 9.3 carat e-ring (FI's parents were jewlers) and it looked a bit like she was wearing a sparkly sugar cube.

  • I think it would end up looking like costume jewelry. I just googled images of 20K single diamonds and they look like they come from an AVON book.

    Now, if the 20k, was split into several diamonds, maybe less tacky.

    exactly what I thought! Or I'd even just be afraid I'd lose it- I was terrified when Clint first gave me my e-ring, and that's just a normal sized diamond.

  • Tacky for most people.  But this is Kim Kardashian... She's rather obnoxious and tacky herself.  I think it's a good fit for her.
