Warrior Dash
I just singed myself and DH up. We're going with a few friends. It should be a blast! I'm just curious if anyone has ever done this before and what their experience was like.

I still haven't signed up but I need to! I have to get my friends coordinated so that we're going at the same time. A different friend did it last year in Chicago and she had a blast. I am looking forward to it.

Awesome!!! I think it should be a blast!!! I signed up to run the 3pm on Sunday wave. Saturday is completely full, and Sunday only has 8 and 8:30am and then after 3 available. I just hope that it isn't extremely hot, but it's July 31st, so I'm sure it will be...
I had a friend run it in Iowa last year, and he raved about it. His pictures turned out pretty cool too!

I was thinking about that too, but we decided to just go with the rest of our friends. I'm sure that we'll be trudging through water and mud anyway. Hopefully that will keep us cool enough!
I definitely need to get into shape too! I haven't been running in a while. I could have easily done a 5k before my wedding (last August) but I've been slacking off lately. At least this will give me something to work towards. And it definitely makes it more fun!

We're in the same wave!!!!!!!! I have not run in a race this long before either! It should still be a good time. On their website it says it's more about mental strength than physical strength, lol.
