Re: German potato salad recipe?
I either use Bobby Flay's recipe:

Or I just make hot bacon dressing and pour it over potatoes and onions with a little squirt of mustard/mayo. I know that's weird though.
I think I've used that recipe before, too. It was pretty good but we skipped the celery and egg garnish because I always try to make mine like I had it growing up. I also added yellow mustard to the dressing.
Another trick is to pour some warm chicken broth over the potatos and let it soak in before you put the mustard dressing on it. YUM!
