WDYE on Wed.

Someone suggested doing it daily; do you want to? Or is that too much?

WDYE = What did you eat

Re: WDYE on Wed.

  • Breakfast - toast with peanut butter

Lunch - "triple cheese please" sandwich from Which Wich

    Snack - cookie

Dinner - pasta with veggies, olive oil, garlic, and parmesan cheese

Oh, and I have no opinion on daily vs. Wednesday...either way is fine with me.  It might keep us all more in check with what we're eating if we do it daily (which I know would help me).

I totally agree.  Let's go for it and if you don't want to participate you don't have it.  If it gets old, then we stop?

    Yesterday:

Breakfast - 2 pieces whole grain toast w/pb and grape jelly, vitamin, glass skim milk

    Coffee

    Morning snack  - Lemon Chobani

    Pre-lunch snack - Banana (I was starving!)

Lunch - Leftover gnocchi w/marinara sauce

    Coffee

    Afternoon snack - Apple

Pre-dinner snack: Cup of Pirate's Booty White Cheddar Pops (we were waiting to hear from friends about eating out and I couldn't wait to eat)

Dinner: Leftovers again (and awful again!): Brat on white bun, hotdog (no bun), 1.5 cups cheesey potatoes, cupcake

Water to drink throughout the day!

Man, I hate wasting food, but we've been eating really bad dinners b/c we're trying not to waste!

  • OMG I've been eating terribly since I've been staying with my parents.

    Breakfast: Bowl of Special K

    Snack: Cinnamon crunch bagel

Lunch: We went to Chili's to celebrate closing date (Ha!) Chips and salsa, Black bean burger on wheat bun with fries.

    Dinner: leftover piece of pizza

Snack: DQ blizzard (to recover from closing postponed again).

Only water to drink all day.

I don't mind it every day; I think it is interesting and may help give others ideas for certain meals if they are getting bored with what they eat.

    Breakfast: A bowl of watermelon

Snack:  One of those cracker sticks w/ cheese packs

Lunch:  A salad with feta cheese, croutons, and light ranch dressing

Dinner:  Leftover ham and way too much Kraft mac n' cheese

Snack:  Chips and salsa, and a bunch of watermelon (I am bad at portion control but I guess if I am going to eat a lot of something, might as well be watermelon)

I love watermelon!  It's so filling (and not many calories) because of all the water/juice.  When I pig out on watermelon, boy do I have to pee later on.

  • Breakfast: Nothing didn't get up early enough now that I'm back to working 1:00 to 7:00

Lunch: I had 2 waffles with peanut butter and honey and an 8oz glass of milk.

Snack: I had a can of Arizona sweet tea ( love that stuff)  and a small bag of Frito with hot sauce on them

Dinner: a tuna salad sandwich and a few crackers with tuna and a glass of red wine, and then a 3 scoops of cherry vanilla ice cream

I  think it's good way to keep us all watching what we eat when we have to tell each other what we had the day before! make us a little more aware of what eating!
