Nolan is not quite walking yet (just taking a few steps here and there), but I want to find him some good summery shoes or sandals that are breathable. I love the Robeez, but they already make his feet kind of sweaty. And I want something sturdier than those adorable little flip-flops with the straps on the back. Can you recommend anything???
Re: Summer Shoes for Babes
I just got DD a pair of Teva Psyclone sandals based on another mom's recommendation. DD seems to like them. They do run a bit big, so if you're inbetween on sizes I'd pick the smaller size.

I've also heard that Keen sandals are good, especially for kids with wide feet. (Helen's feet aren't at all wide which is why I went with the adjustable Tevas.)
Thanks for the recs! I was drooling over some Keens on Amazon. Good to know about the wide feet - Nolan has some little chubbers!
They're on the pricey side, but if you can find them on sale, check out Pedipeds. Great soft leather soles for early walkers, but tons of styles, including sandals.
That said, Owen has always been a mostly Circo and Stride Rite kid.
