So you're a W&M alum, too? 
When did you graduate? I'm an old fart - class of '96.
I was just looking at my non-fitting class ring last night after I posted that photo and I think I like the new design better. Mine has the seal, above that is a crown (not 1693) and on the bottom half is a banner with "William and Mary" inside.

I am indeed. So is the hubs. I graduated in '03.
I've never run into another of us up here, though I'm sure there are more.
I didn't even know they had changed! Mine has the 1693, but it's in rough shape. I should get it re-blacked and stuff.
