I am just curious if any of you ladies have a rec for a good realtor in the New Braunfels area. What made you pick this person? What qualifications did you look for? TIA!

I used an Austin realtor when we bought our home (we bought through a builder) but I know a few realtors locally.
One of my favorite realtors here in town is Sheila Stanush. She is with Re/Max Access and also does property management. 210.325.6962 is her mobile number. She lives in NB and knows the area well. Her website is www.sistersthatsell.com.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I love New Braunfels, my DH is from here and we moved back because we love it so much. We are wanting to move over closer to downtown, the river and the loop. We really like the Laurel Heights neighborhood, the neighborhood above Landa Park, and the area around downtown. We are looking for older craftman style.
