I'm mad at my IL's, too. They decide to make a last minute trip and then we all have to cancel our plans and revolve our weekend around them. Pisses me off.

My DH has been in Denver for the entire week and I have to go straight home and let Cosmo out. Poor little guy. Also, I've had nothing but nightmares to deal with since he left. I may have gray hair before this week is over.

I am not. If it were Friday, I would say sure and drive out there, but I'm just not good at leaving Plano on a weeknight. Weak sauce, I know.
This is me, Sunday- Thur I really dont do anything other than gym, work and home. Lame I know.
I'll actually be able to make it around 6:30 too. We're slow so I'm leaving work early since I no longer have airport duty. Probably head that way around 3:00 to peruse the mall first.
As someone who drives the Grapevine-Plano route every day... Grapevine is 20 mins away! That's nothing!

I used to make that drive daily from Addison to the Grapevine Mills area and it was so short when I used 121. Taking 635 is a different story.

Whaaaaat? I don't know what 121 you drive on but it isn't the same one I do!! Due to this construction nonsense I won't even take it to work or home anymore. At all.
I suppose I am going the opposite direction than you though. Maybe that's why.
I should rephrase. 121 to 35 is never bad. I feel that it's probably under utilized. I rarely drive on 121 after 35, so I cannot say if it's bad or not.
