What's everyone doing this holiday weekend? Is anyone stuck working on Monday?

Clean the house, buy everything food related for Gabe's party, cook, finish goody bags, DH is painting the exterior of the house, buy flowers, plant flowers, laundry. I am extremely stressed out this weekend. Must make list.

Hopefully I will be able to sneak out of work a little early today. I want to get the grocery shopping out of the way.
Tonight I am having dinner/drinks with a good girlfriend. I hope to get some flowers planted tomorrow. We might have a friend over. We might go to a bbq on Sunday. MIL is talkling about coming over on Monday. We have a lot of things we might do and nothing actually planned. Ha!
Today I have a return at Somerset & have to do some cleaning & grocery shopping,
Tomorrow we're having a little BBQ.
10 Years Later
We leave for Florida this evening and we don't come back until late Monday night. Can't wait to see family and spend some time on the beach tomorrow!
Side note ~ how are you feeling?
After work I have to go grocery shopping, then DH and I are going to buy ceiling tiles for the basement.
Over Sat/Sun DH is going to put up the ceiling tiles and the last of the lights in the basement and I'll be buying & planting flowers. I plan on dragging DH to BRU at some point to see if he likes any nursery furniture. Saturday night is a friend's birthday dinner out in Chelsea.
I don't think we have any plans for Monday. Probably start clearing out stuff from the babies room and getting it ready to paint.

Friday night and Saturday I have free! I'll probably do housework, laundry, groceries, etc. these two days since the weather is expected to be the worst of the weekend.
Sunday - Golf and dinner for my hubby's birthday

I'm feeling pretty darn good Katie, thanks for asking! I get tired easier and want to sit around more, but other than that I've been so fortunate to not have complications.
This weekend is our first baby shower! So excited to see my family/friends - and of course get some cute baby stuff.
Other than that we don't have any solid plans for the rest of the weekend. We'll probably get some yard work done, because the outside looks like an overgrown mess right now. And we both have Monday off work so I'm thinking we may invite a few people over to BBQ - nothing big, maybe have a bonfire in the evening.
TGIF. heading out today to go camping for the weekend & not working on monday.

We get the keys to the house on Sunday. We'll be measuring for some furniture and hopefully getting started on preping to paint and cleaning up some things and moving in.

I heard the 89x Friday b!tches song on my way to work and now it's stuck in my head.
My in-laws are coming this weekend - barf. Mainly because they stay at our house, I wouldn't mind as much if they were in a hotel. So my goal for the weekend is to keep my sanity.
Saturday - We're going out to dinner and doing a mini bar crawl in Berkley for my birthday, which is Monday.
Sunday or Monday - get together with my mom, bro and his gf (who is visiting from Baltimore), hopefully Monday after the ILs have left.
Monday - how nice that my birthday is a national holiday this year

In light of our power outage yesterday, which threatened to cause our basement to flood, I will be organizing my stuff in the basement. I still have boxes of clothes and boxes of other stuff that I have been avoiding since we moved in! In my defense, I really don't have anywhere to hang this stuff. So, I'll be purchasing bins & more rolling racks to unpack everything.
AND...I guess we're having gravel dumped onto our driveway. It's mostly a dirt horseshoe driveway, and H wants to get that out of the way. I'd also really like to powerwash the house, but that's probably not going to happen.
I'm off til Wednesday...YAY!

Today - Just got word we get out at 1! Bonus! I need to run a few errands. Tonight not too much.
Tomorrow - My mom is coming over to help DH rip out the front landscaping and plant a bunch of boxwoods. I'll plant some flowers, trim bushes. Also need to hang the last of the pics in the nursery and the mobile. Tomorrow night going out to dinner w/ DH for my b-day.
Sunday - BBQ at my sisters.
Monday - Finish whatever didn't get done earlier in the weekend. Start packing hospital bag, install car seat, put together PnP and swing. Notice a trend??
ETA - Oh and at some point go to HD to get mulch and a new freaking toilet. DH broke ours, ugh! Not a fun purchase.
Today - Taking Hunter to the drs.
