Breakfast - 2 pieces whole grain wheat toast w/pb and grape jelly, glass skim milk
Coffee
Morning snack: Plain Fage greek yogurt w/1/3 cup fresh strawberries <trying to do the less sugar thing; but so not worth it; Fage Strawberry is amazing and this didn't even come close
Lunch: Wheat pita w/roasted red pepper hummus; handful of baby carrots; green pepper strips
Afternoon Snack (#1): Quaker pb granola bar
Afternoon Snack #2
: Kashi Mocha Almond "granola" bar
Dinner: 3 chicken wings; 5 buffalo chicken nuggets, 1/3 cup potato wedges. Ate with ketchup and light ranch for dipping
Post-dinner snack: handful of strawberries
Water to drink
ETA: Exercise: 40 minutes of weightlifting/abs at the gym followed by 40 minutes of Just Dance carido (lol, I'm obsessed!)
Re: WYDE on Thursday?
Breakfast: 1 cup of granola cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk
Snack: Cracker stick/cheese pack
Lunch: "Fit and Active" 5 cheese lasagna. (It's like a smart one, lean cuisine, etc just a cheaper brand)
Dinner: Salad topped with feta, baked chicken with a little BBQ sauce, croutons, and light ranch dressing. And I made chicken salad with the leftover chicken so I had a couple of bites of that as I was making it to 'taste-test' it.
Snack: Half a bag of popcorn
I had diet pepsi to drink with breakfast, water throughout the day, and then homemade iced tea in the evening.
Breakfast - Granola + rice milk
Snack: none
Lunch: Sheetz Burrito and a milk shake. I had a rough day yesterday and was coming from a funeral back to work and had to pick something up. I figured I deserved the milk shake
Snack: blueberries
Dinner: Wegmans burrito - haha. Whoops. DH and I went shopping for groceries and didn't have any dinner foods so we picked up burritos and ate them there before we shopped.
Water to drink.
Yoga for an hour.
2 burritos. whooo!

Breakfast: 12 grain toast with peanut butter
Drink: Gatorade diluted with water (because I really dislike Gatorade, but the nurses told me I need to drink it in addition to water)
Lunch: Leftover pasta with veggies
Snack: Handful of M&M's and some multigrain crackers
Dinner: (the really bad part!) We went out to dinner and I had country fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and jalapeno corn
Other than the Gatorade, as usual, I only had water to drink all day...and lots of it!

Do you have a wegmans near by? I love their wegmans brand gatorade (it's called MVP) - it's less sweet and I think more tasty, and super cheap (89c a bottle). May be worth a shot.

Unfortunately not
Maybe I'll try the grocery store brands around here, though, and see if I get the same result.
Thanks for the tip!

Breakfast: Marshmellow Matey's (the cheap version of Lucky Charms)
Lunch: (I had a late lunch and it was a bad one) A #2 at McDonalds-2 hamburgers, fries and a sprite. BUT I haven't eaten at McDonalds in soooo long!
Dinner: Guacamole and tortilla chips
Snack: Strawberry/Rhubarb Crisp
So lets just say that yesterday was a FAIL!
Becca - love the idea of adding any extra fitness from usual daily/work activites!!
Megan - I drink Gatorade dilluted with water also; although I do like Gatorade...it's just too sweet for me!

Lunch: 3 slices pepperoni & sausage pizza, raspberry lemonade crystal light
Snack: Tortilla Chips & Mexicali Dip
Dinner: Steak & Roasted Potatoes
Snack: Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cone (a tiny one, the girl who scooped it was obviously new and wasn't aware of how large a small is really supposed to be!)
LMAO this made me laugh; I love the generic food names. We have a box of 'fruity pebbles' but the name is "Fruity Dyno Bites"
Breakfast: 1/2 a Cherizo and cheese burrito, and a glass of 1% Milk.
Lunch: other half of burrito and can of Coke
Dinner: Chipotle barbacoa burrito and dos XX beer.
Snack: Glass of red wine and piece of Dark Chocolate bar, and way later a glass of 1% chocolate milk.
and lots of water during the day while at work.
Two comments:
* Before I was pregnant, I stopped at McDonalds (at least) once a day to get a large unsweet iced tea...I mean, it's so good, and it's only $1! I look forward to doing that again!
* Mint chocolate chip...yum! I would've asked for more if I got short changed...because I love it that much!

Christie/Megan - lol. MIL stops by McD's for diet coke every morning! And so does my bf from college; they both swear their fountain coke is the best.
Stacey - Mmmm! I love Chipotle's barbacoa (sp)

Seriously. I don't know what they do to it, but it's pretty much the best tasting Coke out there. I almost never go to McD's, though, so I'm glad to know some things never change! And I would have been p*ssed about the ice cream - I hate when they short change you. (And now I am re-craving mint chocolate chip ice cream. I knew I forgot something at the grocery store, meh.)
Breakfast - 1 cup of Life cereal with 1% milk
Lunch - we stopped at Red Hook brewery, so it was a french dip w/cheddar, kettle chips, and 2 beers (Long Hammer IPA - soooooo good). Oh, and a few sweet potato fries off my husband's plate
Dinner - two slices of mushroom pizza, water to drink
Snack(s) - way too many peanut butter M&Ms
