Neighbors are cruisin for a bruisin!!
Our next door neighbors are the laziest sacks of poo I have ever come in contact with. So Nick was outside this morning watering some flowers and the neighbors open their door, let their dog out on a super long leash. The dog takes a dump and runs back in the house. Nick waits a couple minutes to see if the neighbor will come out and pick it up. They don't. Nick goes and rings the doorbell and they freaking ignore him! He is super pissed now and told me he is going to go over there 15x if he has to. I'm soo tired of this literal crap!
Re: Neighbors are cruisin for a bruisin!!
Uhm, yeah.. that wouldn't fly with me. What if their pet has worms? And Miss Daisy then got worms because they didn't pick up their dog's turd. I'd be flipping my poo if I were you.
I'd say if after a few hours they dont answer/pick it up, you should pick it up and tape the poo filled bag to their front door with a note saying something like "you forgot to pick up after your dog when it dookied on my lawn this morning"
ps, I love the title of this post

Oh wow. Just so I'm clear: they open the door, let their dog run out and poop in your yard and then wouldn't answer the door when Nick went over there seconds later?
Lame.
Do you have a homeowner's association?
Maybe he should scoop up the poop and put it on the front stoop with a note that says: "This is the sh!t your dog left in our yard. I know this because I watched you let him out on a leash, sh!t in our yard and go back in the house. I then went to your door moments later and you ignored me. In the future, I will continue to leave your dog's sh!t on your front porch if you don't get off your lazy asss and come pick it up. For realz."
After they step in it a few times, they might get it.
And hehe my dad used to say that to us all the time when we were little.
Honestly since they didn't even answer the door, i would pick it up, put it in a poop bag and leave it on their front porch.
Then I would call the HOA and ask them to send out a reminder about picking up after pets b/c it can spread disease.

Yeah we have an HOA, I'm definitely thinking it is time to complain since we now have seen it with our own eyes. In the mean time Nick is thinking about writing a note today along with the poo
Then if the HOA, bag on the porch repeatedly doesn't work, then set the bag on fire. If that doesn't work, smear it on their door.
I like where your head's at Shel. Flaming sack of sh!t will surely get the point across.
LOL! If that doesn't work then I don't know what will.

Dude that blows, they sound like bad neighbors and should seriously know better. Dog poop in a situation like that requires instant pick up.
Then I would say that is definitively a HOA offense. If that doesn't help, you will have to resort to the flaming sh!t. It's really your only other option.
