Can anyone tell me about Wrentham or Norfolk?
DH and I are thinking about buying a home in these towns. Does anyone know how the schools are? I know they share a HS and Norfolk has good elementry schools, but thats all I know. Any opinions would be great.
Re: Can anyone tell me about Wrentham or Norfolk?
Both towns are nice. Wrentham is more conveniently located as it's on 495. King Philip High School, from what I hear, is on an upswing. They have a good sports program, and academics aren't bad from what I hear.
I think you'll get more house for your money in Wrentham. Taxes are also lower in Wrentham. For a $200K home, they're about $3,800 in Norfolk and $3,500 in Wrentham.
FWIW, if I were deciding between the two, I would choose Wrentham. If I were just looking in the general area, not just those two towns, I would choose Foxboro.
DH and I had an apartment there for a while about 5 years ago. It is quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed living there.
