As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. TV recs? Any sales this weekend?
I need to buy a new TV for my bedroom... I'm thinking 26" (we had a flatscreen 32" one there for about a week - long story - but it was too big, IMO)
Any suggestions for a good brand or anyplace that might have a good sale going on this weekend? I was looking at a Vizio at Target that looked nice - $299 for the 720p and $359 for the 1080p with some sort of internet capeabilities... I know nothing about these things so I usually just pick the prettiest pic at the best price...
Anyone a genius who can help a girl out?

My mom got my dad a Vizio from walmart for the kitchen, and honestly, we all think it looks better than the Sony in the living room.
For our tv, the box it said 720p but on the tv itself it had a switch where you could choose 720 or 1080 - i don't notice a difference between the settings, but i think that's because 1080 is really only for huge tvs? I might have made that up, but I think I heard that somewhere...
But yeah... when I bought our tv, I just knew the size I needed, and then picked the best picture. We're happy with my choice
