We had two girls that called off their weddings. The couple Marcy mentioned. I remember she wanted to hand deliver her invitations to save money and I thought that was ridiculous. And we had a girl from Delaware. I think she worked at the racetrack there. She was doing a purple wedding and had the most AMAZING purple beaded clutch. When she announced she was calling off her wedding I secretly wanted to ask her to sell me the clutch, but I did not want to be insensitive.

I don't remember either girl! Maybe I came to the board late or something? Or I just blocked out the whole planning process because it wasn't fun for me.

I wish I could block out planning. Planning was no fun for me. But we had an awesome wedding.

This is funny!

Not funny her wedding was called off, but the clutch. That would have been an interesting PM, but on the other hand, I'd probably be happy to get rid of something that reminded me of that guy.

The Hoos ( she was going to wear purple shoes ... I remembered her as The Hoos with the purple shoes ) - was that her? Or maybe it was the Maryland Terpsichore girl.

I remember the first couple but not the purple clutch girl. Was the clutch girl first before the other one because maybe that was before I got on here. I didn't join until August-ish of 08.
