Short shuttle ride w/baby?
I'm sure I'm over thinking this, but just go with it for a second
For the Principal Charity Classic we are parking at Ponderosa Village and a shuttle takes us over to Glen Oaks. Is it okay for Lj to just ride on my lap in a shuttle? I mean, I don't really have another option, do I? It's not terribly far, but obviously Mills Civic isn't a quiet street either. Would you be uncomfortable doing this? Also - will I be an ass to bring my big ol' stroller on a shuttle ride?
I over-analyze EVERYTHING. It's a fault of mine, sorry.

Haha, I have to imagine the chance of collision or impact inside an airport is drastically different than on a busy street just yards from an interstate
I'm just a worry wart I guess.

She's ridden on a bus with me on the interstate and I was worried then. :-)

Was or wasn't worried then?
Either way, good to know. Like I said, I'm a worrywart. I prefer to keep my child in a container. That is locked inside of a suitcase. In a safe. Covered in bubblewrap. Surrounded by pillows.
Did I mention I'm a crazy?

I WAS worried. So, you're not crazy.
Truth be told, I probably don't worry enough. I have a very free range child and it drives my DH batty sometimes. He'd probably like it if I had some of your worrywartness in me. :-)

I disagree. You probably just saved yourself years of wrinkles by being so chill.
Can I have what you're having? And make it a double!
Seriously though, I thought I would have loosened up a bit by now. Nope, more crazy than ever. I do need to cool my heels a bit, I know...

Umm Molly I am just like you. This poor child doesn't stand a chance. Can someone just develop a bubble wrapped environment that we can put them in? And DH is just as bad. We're screwed!!!
Last year I wore Michael in a wrap so i felt like he was a little more protected than if he was just loose in my lap.
I'm not sure how else you could get to the golf classic, unless you parked somewhere and walked.
Duh. Voice of reason, haha.
We'll see how the day unfolds, but I like this idea! Thanks Ashley!
