yikes - am i using accompany right in this sentence?

i would just reword it but i would have to change it in 90 etsy listings which would take me forever. so i am willing to go with passable. here is the sentence: "please accompany custom color requests with links (URLs) of your desired color(s)." i have read it so many times now i am not sure if it works or not. it's definitely awkward but is it wrong?

seems right to me. I put it in word as a sentence and didn't get the green squiggly line, so i think your good.

Synonyms are "to go with" "be an adjuncdt to" " go along with", and "together with".

Question for ya Eden....how would you rate your satisfaction with etsy? I have browsed it b4 but i'm asking for my mom. She makes beautiful home made greeting cards, (stencils, stamps, water color paint, etc). She makes tons of them and gives them away as gifts but i think she could make a killing on something like etsy. She talked about going to a card store or selling them at a stand Huh? or something.

I told her to welcome herself to the 21st century & post them online. Some cards are going on there for $7-$10 a pop Indifferent

She recently (re)broke her ankle, so she's got tons of time to make the dang things....so I'm gonna get her started on something like etsy (even if she kicks & screams the whole way). Just thought I'd get your feedback.... are there any other sites you'd recommend?

hey! i think your mom should absolutely do Etsy! Why limit yourself to the local market when you can sell to the world. I have sold items to Austalia, Singapore, the UK, etc not to mention across the US. We can talk more but the trick to Etsy is you have to relist often to get your item up in the searches. At 20 cents a pop it can add up so that's why people put their quantities as 1. Anyway when you get into it let me know if you have any questions. The forums on there are invaluable as well.

accompany works. it's synonomous with include and i didn't think twice when i read it.

thank you!!!! I know i think she would be really surprised @how well she'd do. i'm gonna play around on it this weekend and see how user friendly it is (has to be for her to use it) but i'm sure it's fine. i'll let you know if I have any questions when i get to the listing / relisting part....
