We're throwing an Indy 500 party tomorrow and I HOPE this is enough food... We only asked people to bring meat to grill so I'm making pulled pork in case anyone forgets.
Sides: Pasta salad, Pulled Pork (10 pounds), fruit salad, Bruschetta
Desserts: Brownies, Key Lime Bars, Blueberry ice cream pie
Snacky stuff: Pretzels, chips & salsa (regular salsa & cowboy caviar), veggie tray (dill dip & hummus), cheese & crackers
Yesterday when I was at Cub I saw that corn on the cob was on sale for 29 cents each so I was thinking about going back and getting maybe 25 of them. Do you think I should?
Re: Is this enough food for 35 people?
Eep, I didn't even think about mess factor. THANKS for mentioning that! I will cross that one off the list!
Burger buns & hot dog buns for sure.
I assume you have beverages covered. It looks pretty good. We just hosted 25 people last weekend so I think you're ok.
Have fun!
