Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

NOVA GTG Update
Evite seems to have changed its ways and I can't figure out how to do a poll on it, so that may be challenging.
And -- I've read the reviews for Guarapo's in Arlington (one of the suggested sites) ... not so good for this kind of GTG, I don't think. So -- Vapiano's is still a choice (and a good one, considering its separate checks/cards thing) but does anyone (Artzichick, I'm looking at you!) have other suggestions? (I'll go back and read the original post again as I don't recall any other places offhand...)
And -- if you missed the first post and want an evite, PM me and I'll add you to the mix!

Pam, someone I know recommended doodle.com to me as a good site for scheduling events--it lets you do polls/invites pretty easily. You're right, evite has gotten way too complicated. Just a thought if you want to try to get people to vote.
Not sure if I'll be able to make it, but can I be added?

I'm all for Vapiano - we know it works for our kind of group, plus it's not far from Metro a big garage for anyone who drives.
I think some people suggested Restaurant 3.
I tried to send you an e-mail but it failed. Here is what I had written:
I have had lots of luck at various bars being open to doing separate checks for people. Here are a few that I think would be really open to large groups, but I think Vapianos is great too because when people are leaving you don't have to chase down a hostess.
Courthouse:
- Ireland Four Courts (Can get a private area)
Clarendon:
- Hard Times (Can get a private area)
- Mad Rose (New and not crowded, had an event last month there and we were able to reserve an outdoor area there)
