ever have one of those really nice days?
i did today 
and i think it's because i enjoyed my family and avoided any laundry/cleaning/usual chores.
we had a photo session with a professional photographer in a beautiful park in tenafly, nj, a quick lunch at wendy's (yum to the new berry chicken almond salad and berry iced tea!), an afternoon playing on our lawn with the bounce house and on the blanket with baby toys, a quick run to sears to check out washing machines, and then a bbq dinner - chicken kebobs from whole foods, nuked potatoes and edamame - and then a trip to the local outdoor ice cream place for dessert #1 (it was early and i'm sure i'll be hungry again). bathed both girls and everyone is almost asleep.
i'm going to make some sugar cookie dough after the go to sleep and then start laundry while watching movies or tv with dh.
i was just thinking about today and i realized what a nice day we had! hope you all had a good day too!

I had a nice day as well. We had a nice BBQ with my family and some friends. It was great!
