Ladies need day trip help please!
We were suppose to take a weekend get away for our 5 year anniversary in June. But life happens and money became an issue. So I'm looking for day trip ideas. Probably under a 2 hour drive.
I have been looking online but really cant find anything that interesting. I have look at Skaneateles, Adirondack, Finger Lakes. I don't know where else to look. Any idea ladies? We do not drink so no wine trials, and really that is a lot of what I'm finding.

What about Howe Caverns and then the Baseball Hall of Fame at Cooperstown. There's also a mini golf/go cart place nearish to there called Gobbler's Knob (if I remember correctly)
All of those combined would be an interesting fun day.
Cooperstown is nice- we've had some geat day trips there but I love skaneateles- they have a great boat trip around the lake and lunch at the sherwood inn is delish!!
What about Ithaca? They have some fab resturants and parks- you could picnic and hike- also if you go to iloveny.com- they have a good list of events and stuff all over the state...
