AW: Writing advert to look for my replacement :)
Really, is there any way to cap off an awesome weekend? Me thinks not!
My boss is going over the copy now, and then it's off to the papers to start the search for a replacement for my position. It was tricky to figure out how to include my duties in a normal sounding way (chocolate milk making, explanation of internet usage, implementation of naptime, etc), but I think I made it all sound as appealing as possible to possible suckas, er- replacements.
25 days and counting, I can't WAIT to get home to Maine!!! Oh, you know, and have this beautiful baby too...

Re: AW: Writing advert to look for my replacement :)
are you going to assist in interviewing the new person too?
How was meeting with your Maine Doctor?
Yes, I will be helping w/ the interviewing and then hopefully I'll be able to do a few days of training with the person before I take off so they won't be thrown blindly into this chaos like I was.
Maine doctor is fabulous- I am in love with Melissa Streeter! We also took a tour of L&D @ MidCoast, and we both were thrilled with it. The nurse that gave the tour was awesome, and she helped us feel really comfortable. It's a great ward, and I honestly can't wait to deliver there! All in all, things are coming together nicely...

Dr. Streeter did my c-section. She is really great! She'd be my choice for an OB for the next one. Glad you had a good tour at Midcoast too.

Dr. Streeter is fantastic!! Back in the days when I had decent health insurance she was my Dr.
One of her partners is a good family friend of ours - his son was my first boyfriend ever, lol.
