Anyone have a good one?
We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that came through the kitchen ceiling. We didn't think it was that bad at first but are now realizing it is going to need a lot of work. I need someone to come out and give me some estimates and knowledge on what we need to do.
thanks.
Re: General Contractor Rec
Post Construction, Kyle Post 248-249-7235
He did all of our work for us before we moved in. He did a great job, bid lower than the others, kept us informed, gave tips on how to save money, and didn't take forever.
Allstate Construction did our entire bathroom in the basement. I'd highly recommend them. http://allstateconstruction.net/index.html
We worked with Jim Bartoletti. He was very nice, funny and enthusiastic and kept us well-informed. He also worked with us when we decided halfway through that we'd do part of the drywall work ourselves (it knocked the price down substantially and he didn't mind that we were changing the contract). GL!
ETA: The quote was free and was also quite a bit less than other bids we'd gotten.
