T&P please

I was in TN over the weekend for a big get together with my extended family on my mother's side.  One of the reasons we did it is because my grandma hasn't been doing well over the last few years, with it getting progressively worse each year.  It just seems to be one set back after another.  My grandmother is definitely the matriarch of family, so we all want to spend as much time together as possible (the family is split among FL and MI, and one person in VA).

She was at the cabin over the weekend, and while she was weak and resting legs that seemed to be retaining additional water from an infection that she had, she seemed to be doing relatively good considering everything that has been going on.  Well, we all got home last night, and this morning she was rushed and checked into the emergency room. Sad  She apparently gained 2 lbs over the weekend, in fluid only.  When they called her doctor they said to get her right into the ER, not to see him first.  They are now doing serious measures to eliminate the fluid and have called a team of cardiologists.  She has had heart issues forever (damaged heart from Scarlett fever as a kid and has had multiple valve replacements over the years).  They are now thinking that the fluid is not from the infection in her leg, but rather heart failure. Sad  Everything is really up in the air right now, and pretty scary.

Please send thoughts and prayers her way.  We could use all the help we can get.  Thanks!
