After cindy & george picked up the car from the tow yard cindy proceeds to clean it out bc it smells.. she removed some items from the car, and washed some things.
They just played several 911 calls. The first one was right after cindy anthony went to Tony Lazzaro's apartment and got Casey.
Cindy called 911 to report that casey had "stolen" a car (the pontiac sunfire she was allowed to drive). also that she had stolen money.
She called a second time and reported the stolen car and the money, and that she hadn't seen her grand daugther in a month.. and she wanted deputies to respond to her house right away.
Third call was to report Caylee missing. Casey finally told Cindy that "zanny the nanny" had kidnapped her 31 days ago.
The third call was insanity. The operator sounded all sorts of confused. Cindy was hysterical so the operator asks to talk to casey.
Casey gets on all calm and says that her daughter has been missing for 31 days. The operator asks why she didn't call sooner.
Casey's response, "I was looking for her on my own, I was using other resources."
The state is questioning Cindy. The defense hasn't gotten ahold of her yet. That is gonna be a mess.

That third 911 call was heart wrenching. Cindy Anthony had to ask for a break because she basically collapsed in her chair listening to the call. Even I had a few tears for that. Oh, what hell must Cindy Anthony must being going through.
I will be interested to see how the defense approaches their questioning with Cindy. I hope Baez isn't an assshole to her.

yes that call was horrible.
I'm horrified for Cindy when the defense gets a hold of her.
Well, I think it's different when a grandchild is thrown in the mix. My SIL has a 21 year old daughter (who is not my bros child, she's his step daughter) and she is a TOTAL fuuck up. She has a three year old son and she knows that she can use him as her meal ticket. To make matters worse he is special needs (autistic) so it's easier said than done to give her "tough love" and cut her off. She has threatened that if they did she would take her son and they would never see them again. And she has no capabilities of taking care of that child on her own. Especially if she has issues herself. She can't even take care of herself.

This is getting REALLY weird. The defense has a hold of Cindy. Apparently there are LOTS of imaginary friends in Casey's life and for about 2 years she has been feeding Cindy lie after lie. <- My opinion.
But this is WEIRD....

The defense is questioning Cindy Anthony.
When Cindy made the 3rd 911 call she told the operator that Caylee had been missing since June 7th.
In previous testimony she said that she had Caylee on fathers day, which was June 16th.
Baez is questioning her about the date discrepancy.
Baez is a dirt bag, but IMO, he has treated Cindy with a little respect. From what I've seen he hasn't laid into her to hard, like I was originally expecting.
He's grillin' her kind hard about this date thing.. but the lady was freakin' hysterical on the phone.
Cindy did not want law enforcement to go to the nursing home to confirm w/ them that Caylee had been at the home..... (they didn't confirm whether or not LEOs went, I can't imagine that they wouldn't go if it was to confirm that caylee had been alive)...
Baez is asking Cindy if she has made money off this case. Cindy apparently sold a picture of Casey for 20k. She paid her old attorney w/ that money, and paid some other bills w/ that money.. she apparently tried to set up a book deal.
Baez is a dirtbag from what I've seen. I feel bad for Cindy because I imagine he was just waiting to eat her alive!

Amy Huizinga (or whatever her last name is) was called to testify. Baez cried/objected, or whatever bc he didn't bring her "file" with him to court. He said he took it home over the weekend and wasn't expecting her to be called today she it's at home.

The judge gave him a little lecture. Told him he's a dumbass. No.he didn't, but I wish he would.
He did give him a little lecture saying that if he breaks early today then they will be required to work all day on Saturday. Judge Perry said that the jury is sequestered(sp?) and they don't get to go home like everyone else.. (so stop wasting time ya jackass).
They are going to get Amy H's direct testimony then recess until tomorrow.
baez sucks. how embarrasing.
IDK why anyone with such a case would hire someone who is still a member of the young lawyers division. ::smdh:: Unless she's hoping for a kickass appeal.
OMG! He's objected to everything hasn't he?! Goodness, I'm glad the judge said something to him!
