first time for everything...
I have watched The Prestige. It was wonderful.
I have read The Prestige. I wanted to jump off the roof instead of struggle to finish it.
The movie blows the book out of the water a million times over.
Not that the book or the movie are super current haha... but I just wanted to give you the review.
Re: first time for everything...
That movie was great! I didnt know it was a book. But if the movie was better anyway, do you rec the book at all?
Mommy's little helper
No, no I do not. And I love books. It isn't even that long... just a standard paperback. I actually put the book down and read 3 other books in between chapters because I couldn't get thru it. The story isn't nearly as good and I can't imagine understanding what was going on without seeing the movie first.
This is one of the few books I can say with certainty that I wouldn't recommend.
